Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on app 1, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Each user may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on app 1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and local payment methods are supported. Deposited funds may only be used for approved gaming activities on the platform. Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process and identity verification must be completed. In the case of any suspicious or fraudulent transactions, app 1 reserves the right to suspend the account or hold funds. Prohibited Activities & User Responsibilities

Betting or gaming on behalf of a third party, or selling or transferring an account, is strictly forbidden. Users are solely responsible for complying with local laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All content, designs, logos, graphics, and software on the app 1 platform are protected under our intellectual property rights. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes, but no content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified. Gaming outcomes are entirely dependent on chance and no specific result can be guaranteed. If these terms and conditions change, we will publish a notice on the platform, and continued use after the change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
